We are currently searching for a Post Repossession Representative to join our team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities of a Post Repossession Representative

  • Track all post recovery documentation necessary to resolve a case file.
  • Coordinate logistics with outside vendors.
  • Responsible for weekly reports to clients.
  • Preparation of assignments including data entry.
  • Routine filing of invoices, case documentation, etc..
  • Additional data entry work as required.
  • Answer phone calls

Key Performance Criteria:

  • Accuracy of work
  • Ability to stay current with daily volume and customer requirements

Minimum Education:

At least a high school diploma or GED required

Other Requirements:

  • Detail oriented with ability to: prioritize and handle multiple projects, utilize available resources and put in overtime, if necessary, to get the job done
  • Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various problems and prioritize work

  • Ability to process large volumes of work
  • Good telephone presence/skills
