We are currently searching for a Resolution Specialist to join our Claims Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Resolution Specialist (Claims)
- Handling of basic claims w/no guidance
- Inbound calls
- Outbound calls
- Email correspondence to client
- Email correspondence to customer
- Investigates customer complaints
- Handles wrongful repossessions
- Manage individual claims assigned in queue
- Handling of basic claims
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education: At least a high school diploma or GED required
- Positive can-do attitude and strong motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled in the Microsoft suite of products
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Problem solver who is committed to solutions
- Experience in customer service
- Detailed Oriented
- Critical Thinker
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Pay: $19/hr
