 Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Resolution Specialist (Claims) 

  • Handling of basic claims w/no guidance 
  • Inbound calls
  • Outbound calls
  • Email correspondence to client
  • Email correspondence to customer
  • Investigates customer complaints
  • Handles wrongful repossessions
  • Manage individual claims assigned in queue
  • Handling of basic claims

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: At least a high school diploma or GED required
  • Positive can-do attitude and strong motivation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Possess a sense of urgency
  • Problem solver who is committed to solutions
  • Experience in customer service
  • Detailed Oriented 
  • Critical Thinker

 

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Pay: $19/hr
