Position Summary: As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance of the operations team, focusing on process improvement, client reporting, and performance analytics. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to optimizing our performance and achieving company goals.

 

Responsibilities:

• Process Expertise: Become well-versed in current operations processes, metrics, and reporting. Understand the overall company goals and how operations contribute to them.
• Hypothesis Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop hypotheses for process improvement opportunities. Analyze data and information to validate and refine these hypotheses.
• Recommendations: Based on your analysis, recommend process, policy, and procedure changes to enhance performance.
• Test and Rollout: Create robust test and control infrastructure to confirm operational changes. Work closely with executive management to achieve desired outcomes.
• Workflow Enhancement: Enhance workflow efficiency and cross-departmental engagements.
• Cost-Effectiveness: Collaborate with production, post-repossession, and other teams to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for management, highlighting key findings and assessments.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry and market trends relevant to our operations.

Qualifications:

• Analytics Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting business functions through analytics.
• Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel. Familiarity with other MS Office products (Access, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem identification and problem-solving abilities.
• Data Handling: Capable of working with large datasets using various tools.
• Delivery-Oriented: Able to lead and execute analysis efforts from start to finish.
• Collaboration: A great teammate with strong communication skills.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
