Vendor Management Performance Specialist – Hybrid

Position Summary

Vendor Management Performance Specialist facilitates and maintains agent relationships between Resolvion and our agent network ensuring optimal performance of each agent.  Reviewing performance reports, analyzing ad hoc data, negotiating contracts, enforcing agent standards, monitoring agent compliance and finding the best available agent to partner with Resolvion are critical components of this role. Vendor Management Performance Specialist reports to the Director of Vendor Management. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor regional agent coverage and identify new prospective agents. Research agents to find the best available within a given market.
  • Handle basic escalations from internal depts regarding agents
  • Handle basic external requests for the agent and client
  • Communicate effectively via email with various stakeholders
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls 
  • Gather and upload missing documents from agents 
  • Update cases within the in-house system

Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Keen problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management skills  
  • Knowledge in Excel and other Office Suite products
  • Outstanding relationship-building abilities with external and internal customers
  • Self-motivated and takes ownership
  • Ability to work within a team environment and individually
  • Previous sales/vendor management experience a plus
