Job Description

Resolvion – Vendor Management Representative

The Vendor Management Representative is responsible for providing support to the Vendor Management team by performing document audits on agent network documents identified as requiring an audit based on their intended use.  This position will use critical thinking to provide management recommendations on how identified risks can be mitigated and managed.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Auditing agent onboarding packages, reviewing documents for accuracy, and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Responsible for verifications of insurance limits, business licenses, training certifications, and other required documents
  • Gathering and upload missing documents from agents.
  • Accurately and effectively communicate with agents, clients, and internal teams and management.
  • Create audit plans.
  • Perform periodic profile data verification audits, monitor document expiration and update as required.
  • Clear understanding of company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Audit agents for Personal Property Letters for required states.

 

Required Skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies in various type of documents.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge in Excel and other Office Suite products
  • Ability to work within a team environment and individually.
  • Previous document audit experience a plus
