Scott Darling
Chief Executive Officer
Scott has spent the past 20 years in operations leadership roles, focusing primarily in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Resolvion, Scott led Customer facing activities for Wells Fargo, Time Warner Cable, PayPal and Capital One. Scott received a BS in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.

Rod Browning
Chief Technology Officer
Rod has over 20 years as a technology leader, providing governance over IT, security and compliance to meet the standards set by industry regulatory entities. He is a global Information technology executive with experience developing, executing IT strategies and business improvement processes. Prior to joining Resolvion, Rod served as Chief Technology Officer for Del Mar Recovery Solutions, 2017 to 2019. Prior to Del Mar, he resided with Up Productivity, as President and CEO from 2002 to 2019. He also served as vCIO at National Credit Adjusters, from 2014 to 2016. Rod received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Windsor and his post graduate work in Computer Information Systems from Lambton College.

Jon Faulkner
Chief Financial Officer
Jon has over 30 year of senior executive experience in finance, operations, IT and both domestic and international sales. Prior to joining Resolvion, Jon was the chief financial officer for both publicly traded and privately held corporations. He has been directly involved in both business turnarounds as well as over two dozen acquisition and divestiture transactions. Jon has a BSME from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Keith Yarnell
Chief Information Officer
Keith is the primary architect and developer of the industry-leading Wombat platform used by Resolvion, a state of the art repo management and skip tracing system. Keith has been in the Consumer Auto Finance industry for more than thirty years, and during his career has built systems for subprime lending and collections, repair/remarketing centers, and loan origination and management systems. He is a former member of the South Florida CIO Council and the AT&T Business Advisory Board, and has been engaged to speak at regional conferences on business integration of cutting-edge telecommunications and data convergence technologies. He is a private pilot, and he and his family are based in Charlotte, NC.

Doug Melson
EVP, Commercial Division
Over 22 years of repossession management experience. Doug was the founder/owner of Consumer Financial Services which began in 1996 and grew to become the largest commercial equipment recovery company in the country. When Consumer Financial Services was acquired by Resolvion in 2010, Doug became President of the Commercial Division. He is a graduate of Univ New Hampshire (BA) and Syracuse Univ (M.ED).

Jose Mendiola
EVP, Consumer Division
Jose Mendiola is Executive Vice President of Resolvion an industry leader of national recovery management solutions for auto lenders most of which are the top automotive lenders in the U.S. Prior to help form Resolvion, Jose spent 15 years as a member of a regional auto finance company last having served as its COO with oversight of a $120 m auto loan receivable. He has 23 years of automotive experience which has provided the platform for various consulting relationships with startup finance co.’s as well as industry speaking engagements. Jose is a graduate of The University of Central Florida (BA) and Nova Southeastern University (MBA). Jose resides in Weston, Florida with his wife and their 2 children

Claudia Plascencia
SVP, Business Development
Upon joining Resolvion in 2014, Claudia serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development, managing the Business Development, Sales, Strategic Alliance Development and Partnerships, Marketing and Client Service Satisfaction departments. She is a recognized leader in the industry with an established reputation for providing impeccable quality and high performance. With over 23 years of experience, Claudia has been successfully driving business development, strategic alliances, sales, operations and project management. Among her many achievements, Claudia has earned the National Women in Remarketing Recognition Excellence Award, National Women in Repossession/Collections Recognition of Excellence Award, serves as Executive Vice President on the Board of Directors for the National Automotive Finance Association (NAF), and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences such as Used Car Week’s Repo Con. Claudia earned her bachelor’s degree from Kaplan University.
