What You’ll Do

• Use internet and database search tools (including Accurint, IDI Core, LexisNexis, and Innovis) to locate valuable collateral on behalf of lender clients
• Make outbound calls to consumers to negotiate the release of collateral or verify its location
• Ensure all account information is accurate, complete, and up to date
• Build strong working relationships with clients, agents, and vendors
• Maintain full compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations on every case
• Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving to cases where straightforward searches fall short

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a natural problem-solver who doesn’t give up when a case gets complicated. You pay attention to details, move with urgency, and take pride in figuring things out. You may come from collections, research, investigations, or just have an instinct for finding what others overlook.

Specifically, you’ll stand out if you:

• Are comfortable making outbound calls and navigating conversations with consumers
• Have experience with internet-based research or investigative database tools
• Think analytically and enjoy piecing together information from multiple sources
• Are highly organized and take accuracy seriously
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with composure

Minimum requirement: High school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of collections experience is preferred, but not a dealbreaker for the right candidate.
