Vendor Management Compliance Specialist – Hybrid

Position Summary

Vendor Management Compliance Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Vendor Management team by performing document audits on agent network documents identified as requiring an audit based on their intended use.  This position will use critical thinking to provide management recommendations on how identified risks can be mitigated and managed. This position reports to the director of Vendor Management. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor established standards and guidelines for agents to ensure policies are being followed.
  • Ensure all the agents’ required documentation is up to date 
  • Perform verifications of insurance limits, business licenses, training certifications, and other required documents
  • Perform periodic profile data verification audits, monitor document expiration and update as required
  • Handle basic escalations from internal depts regarding agents
  • Handle basic external requests for the agent and client
  • Communicate effectively via email with various stakeholders
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls 
  • Gather and upload missing documents from agents 
  • Update cases within the in-house system

Job Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies in various type of documents
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Knowledge in Excel and other Office Suite products
  • Ability to work within a team environment and individually
  • Previous document audit experience a plus
